Since 2018 from United States, rigth now In Estonia from 2023. Spearheaded the design and execution of neon LED sign projects, transforming client concepts into eye-catching, energy-efficient signage solutions. Led a skilled team in crafting intricate neon LED designs, achieving a seamless fusion of traditional aesthetics with modern LED technology.  Collaborated closely with clients and artists to understand design preferences and provided innovative suggestions for neon LED installations.  Successfully managed laser CNC projects, utilizing precision technology to produce intricate and high-quality designs on various materials. Oversaw the entire project lifecycle, from concept development and prototyping to final production and quality assurance. - Championed the implementation of LED wall displays for high-profile events, delivering immersive visual experiences to captivated audiences. - Demonstrated expertise in content creation, system integration, and real-time operation to ensure flawless LED wall performance. Mentored junior team members, sharing insights and best practices to foster skill development and project excellence.
